1. What is your return policy?

We want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all purchases.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. No stress, no hassle - just peace of mind with every order.

2. Who is responsible for the two-way shipping costs?

We cover both the original shipping and the return shipping costs in the event of a return.

For your convenience, we’ll also provide a prepaid FedEx return label, so you can send the item back easily - without any extra charges or hassle. Your satisfaction is our priority.

3. Will I receive a full refund?

Yes, we issue full refunds for returns, with a few exceptions based on the payment method:

  • PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency, or Cash:
    You will receive a 100% refund with no deductions.
  • Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe):
    Stripe's non-refundable processing fees (typically 3.90% to 4.90%) will be deducted from the refund, as these fees are not returned to us.
  • Escrow.com Payments:
    Any transaction fees charged by Escrow.com will be deducted from your refund at actual cost.

4. How do I return an item?

Returning an item is easy. Simply contact us to request return instructions and a prepaid FedEx shipping label. We'll guide you through the process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return.

5. What is the time frame to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive the returned item in its original condition, along with any accompanying gemological reports (if applicable).

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

6. What condition must items be in to be eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in the exact condition in which they were received - undamaged, unworn, unaltered, and with any accompanying gemological reports.

Please note:

  • Items will not be accepted for a refund if they have been set, scratched, chipped, fractured, weigh differently, or altered in any way.
  • We strongly recommend that you do not set your gemstone with another jeweler until you are fully committed to purchasing it.
  • While the item is in your possession, you are fully responsible for its care and value. Any damage may void the return eligibility.
