1. Where will the order ship from?
Your order will ship from Dubai, UAE.
2. What are the shipping methods available & shipping fees?
We offer the following shipping options:

All shipments are fully insured, and a signature is required upon delivery. For special delivery needs or time-sensitive shipments, please contact us to arrange the most suitable option.
3. What is the default shipping method?
Our default shipping method is free standard shipping via Express Mail Service (EMS) by Emirates Post—the fastest and most reliable postal service available.
You may also choose to upgrade your delivery:
- Express Shipping by FedEx – $47 USD
Select this option at checkout for faster delivery via FedEx International Priority (3–5 days). - Premium Shipping – Brinks, Transguard, Malca-Amit, or Ferrari
For high-value or time-sensitive shipments, premium shipping is available upon request.

All shipments are fully insured and come with tracking.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries. All international shipments are fully insured, trackable, and handled by trusted global carriers.
However, we do not ship to countries or regions subject to international sanctions under US, EU, or UN regulations. This includes, but is not limited to: North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Cuba, and Sudan.
If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us for confirmation before placing your order.
5. What is your handling time for shipping?
For most orders, our handling time is 1–3 business days.
Our inventory is distributed between our offices in Mumbai (India) and Dubai (UAE):
- Items located in Dubai are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Items located in Mumbai are first transferred to our Dubai office, then shipped internationally—typically within 5–7 business days.
(We do this because international shipping from Dubai is significantly faster than from Mumbai.)
We always strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you need your order urgently, please feel free to contact us.
6. How secure are your shipping methods?
We take shipping security very seriously. Every order is carefully packaged, fully insured, and shipped with real-time tracking. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe and confirmed receipt.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, we cover the risk entirely and will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement—guaranteeing your peace of mind.
7. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you have access to your P.O. Box and that it can receive packages from your local postal service or FedEx.

8. Will I receive tracking information after my order is shipped?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking details, so you can monitor the shipment’s progress in real time.
