Curation
This natural & unheated/untreated blue sapphire of exceptional quality comes from Ceylon (Sri Lanka), historically known as the "Isle of Jewels". Ceylonese sapphires are renowned for their beautiful color with a high level of clarity/radiance, and this crystal is no exception. Weighing an impressive 9.89 carats, this gem exhibits a vivid cornflower blue color - likened to the flowering cornflower plant with its spread of intense-blue petals - as well as a soft, inviting glow permeating through its antique-cut cushion shape. In addition, it's completely free of eye-visible inclusions or imperfections. It's easy to see in this stone why blue sapphires are the national gemstone of Sri Lanka. It truly embodies the character of the land.

— Harshil Zaveri, Founder & CEO
