Curation
Behold a mesmerizing 4.78-carat Burmese ruby emerging from the storied depths of Myanmar's Mogok mines. Its graceful oval shape encapsulates a world of elegance, reminiscent of a polished drop of nature's own ardor. With an arresting vivid-to-deep pinkish-red hue, untouched by any treatments, it invokes the lush petals of a rare orchid in full bloom. This gemstone boasts full transparency and "flawless" clarity akin to a pristine dewdrop catching the morning light. Such peerless clarity is a treasure rarely unearthed in Burmese rubies, elevating this gem to the echelons of collector's desires. Embrace the privilege of possessing a super-fine gemstone that marries the splendor of nature with the art of lapidary craftsmanship.

Gemologist's Comments on Clarity:
The clarity grade of this ruby is "Flawless." It's completely free from internal inclusions/imperfections, and no internal inclusions are seen even under microscopic examination (30x magnification). Such exceptional clarity is rarely seen in natural & unheated/untreated rubies of Burmese origin, particularly in stones over 2 carats in weight.

However, as seen in the 360° interactive views, there is a minor natural, rough unpolished surface area in one of the pavilion facets (external feature). When cutting & polishing such fine-quality Burmese rubies, it is a common practice to intentionally retain such natural, rough unpolished surface areas (particularly in the pavilion/bottom of the stone). This is done to preserve the carat weight and maintain the stone's overall shape/symmetry. Such minor features are commonly seen in most Burmese rubies. Since this is an external feature located in the pavilion, it does not affect the stone's clarity or face-up appearance.
