Royal Araina Collection: Gemstones that you "fall in love" with

Named after his daughter, the "Royal Araina Collection" is a hand-picked selection of exceptional, noteworthy gemstones by Harshil Zaveri, the founder of StarRuby.in ®.

Why choose one gemstone rather than another?

That is where Harshil comes into his own, revealing that his sensibility extends far beyond simple expertise.

In addition to applying the gemological selection criteria, he seeks out stones that speak to him: those that evoke an idea, bring out an emotion, recall a memory, or tell a story.

Every gemstone in the "Royal Araina Collection" is a rare, timeless treasure highly sought-after by discerning collectors and gem connoisseurs.

Treasures of the Earth

"Treasures of the Earth" is a collection of noteworthy gemstones hand-picked by our team of gemstone experts. Every gemstone in this collection will captivate you with its intrinsic beauty and spectacular flair.

Curation
At 10.08 carats, this Ceylon sapphire possesses a combination that is seldom encountered in natural, unheated blue sapphire: substantial size, a vivid Royal Blue colour, and unusually fine transparency. The colour has depth and richness without sacrificing life, while its vibrant brilliancy ensures that the stone remains luminous across the face rather than appearing dark or subdued.

Its near eye-clean clarity is particularly noteworthy. In a sapphire of this size and colour saturation, such freedom from visible inclusions is rare, allowing the blue to present itself with striking purity and an almost uninterrupted passage of light.

Sri Lanka has long been celebrated for producing some of the world’s finest blue sapphires, yet stones exceeding 10 carats that combine Royal Blue colour, exceptional clarity and an entirely untreated state occupy a far narrower category. The graceful oval form completes the composition beautifully—a sapphire of genuine presence, refinement and collector-level distinction.
